Relationship Management

I have extensive experience in various servicescapes, from client-facing, to customer-facing, to organizational member-facing environments. It’s essential to me that I balance the interests of my organization with the needs of the other party, so that I can deliver a value-oriented, client-focused, quality solution. To me, premier service is founded on balanced communication and established, but dynamic, boundaries.

Project Management

Project Management as a discipline is incredibly abstract, but it leads to transferable practices that produce easy-to-communicate and excellent work product. In work, I enjoy analyzing the relationships between risks and assumptions of a project, the variance in a project’s duration and value delivered, and meticulous contingency planning to protect the resources to which the project is allocated. It’s all about making sure that the people who invested in creating value don’t suffer more losses than they bargained for.

Evidence-Based Decision Making

My education at the University of Central Florida revolves around understanding the core functions of a business, and concentrates on the role people play in making the clock of the organization tick. By analyzing meta-analyses which identify the correlation, or lack thereof, between behaviors and factors such as job performance and job satisfaction, I’ve become well-versed in various statistical business data visualization methods such as Tableau or SQL.
